Our organization is very small with just two households serving as the primary locations for our fosters - Amarillo and Lubbock. Occasionally, we will have a foster that is able to help.

Top of Texas Corgi Rescue was officially launched and formally organized in 2013. However, we've been helping corgis long before then.

Our mission

TTCR  is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization dedicated to rescuing corgis and corgi mixes.  Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment before being placed in a loving permanent home. We work hard to match each dog to a home best suited for them.

TTCR is a 501c3, non-profit, formally established in April 2013 by Shella Barclay and John & Gail Hefley.
